Funding & eligibility

Two different pathways. One clear explanation of each.

Sanivy is designed to support NDIS and Support at Home funding pathways, subject to individual eligibility, available funding and applicable program requirements.

Pathway one

NDIS

Where eligible, Sanivy 28-day continence subscriptions may be purchased using appropriate NDIS funding depending on the participant’s plan, management arrangement and applicable funding rules. Sanivy cannot confirm eligibility for any individual.

Participants & families

I’m an NDIS participant or family member

Find your plan, review the suggested 28-day supply, then confirm with your plan manager or the NDIA arrangement that applies to you before purchasing.

Providers & coordinators

I’m a provider or support coordinator

Help one participant choose a package and available sizes, confirm who the invoice should go to, and supply repeats on the confirmed 28-day cycle.

Provider pathway →

Self-managed

You pay Sanivy directly by card or BPAY and keep the itemised invoice for your own claiming and record-keeping.

Plan-managed

Where your plan manager approves the claim, we provide itemised invoices and work with the payer or provider nominated for the order.

NDIA-managed

Purchasing requirements differ for NDIA-managed participants, including provider-registration requirements. Talk to us before subscribing so we can explain the options available to you.

Private payment

Pay directly for your Sanivy supply.

Private customers can purchase a Sanivy 28-day subscription directly without using a funding program.

Choose the Sanivy supply that matches your reported usage, select the required product sizes, and pay privately for your recurring 28-day supply.

Pathway two

Support at Home

Support at Home is a separate program with its own eligibility, budget and provider arrangements. It is not the same as NDIS funding. The relevant provider confirms the purchasing arrangement that applies.

Using Support at Home with Sanivy →

Support at Home

Where appropriate, a recurring Sanivy 28-day supply may be organised through your Support at Home provider, subject to provider confirmation and your individual arrangements.

Private

Private customers can purchase a Sanivy 28-day subscription directly without using a funding program.

Before you subscribe

A short checklist.

  • Confirm continence consumables are included in your current plan or budget
  • Confirm who should receive the invoice — you, your plan manager or your provider
  • Confirm any provider-registration requirements that apply to your arrangement
  • Keep your itemised Sanivy invoices for claiming and record-keeping

Important

Funding eligibility depends on the participant’s individual circumstances, plan, budget, management arrangement and applicable NDIS rules. Sanivy cannot confirm individual funding eligibility or guarantee that a purchase will be funded. Customers should confirm eligibility before purchasing where funding is being used.
