Questions

The questions people ask before they order.

If you cannot find the answer here, our team can help you understand the product options, delivery process and funding pathway. We cannot confirm individual funding eligibility or provide clinical advice.

What is available from Sanivy today?

Sanivy provides Independent and Supported recurring 28-day supply subscriptions. The Plan Finder suggests a starting supply from reported usage; it is not a clinical assessment. Training, Care Hub, Family View, Evidence, Sanivy Assist and Care Connect are future capabilities in development and are not included in current subscriptions.

Can I buy individual Sanivy products without a subscription?

No. Sanivy’s current customer model is based on recurring 28-day supply subscriptions. Products are organised into Independent or Supported supply plans based on typical reported usage. If you are unsure which subscription fits, use Find My Plan or contact Sanivy.

What is the difference between Independent and Supported?

Independent is for people who primarily manage their own continence care, with or without occasional help. Supported is for people where someone routinely assists with or performs continence changes. Independent packages contain pull-ups. Supported packages contain the products configured for the selected usage tier, including briefs, underpads, wipes, gloves, cleanser and barrier cream where applicable.

What is included in the Supported package?

The Supported package includes the products listed for the selected usage tier. The current configured bundle may include tabbed briefs, protective underpads, adult continence wipes, disposable nitrile gloves, foaming cleanser and barrier cream. Glove size can be selected at checkout where available.

Can I choose product size?

Sanivy tabbed briefs use manufacturer-confirmed waist or hip fit ranges: Medium 70–110 cm, Large 100–140 cm and XL 120–160 cm. You can select a brief size in the Plan Finder or choose Not sure so Sanivy can help before the order is finalised. Glove size is selected separately where available. View the Size Guide for measuring help.

What if I need more than the listed usage levels?

Select the Custom option in the Plan Finder or contact the Sanivy team. We can discuss whether a custom supply arrangement is available.

How often will products arrive?

Packages are supplied every 28 days. Australia-wide delivery is available and calculated separately at checkout. Tracking is provided where available.

Can I change, pause or cancel?

Plans can be changed, paused or cancelled in accordance with the Subscription Terms and before the relevant dispatch. Please check the Subscription Terms for the exact process and timing.

Is delivery discreet?

Orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging where the current shipping configuration permits. The outside of the parcel does not indicate the continence products inside.

What if something is missing or damaged?

Contact Sanivy with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review the delivery and explain the next step under the applicable Shipping and Returns policies.

Can I use NDIS funding?

Where eligible, Sanivy 28-day continence subscriptions may be purchased using appropriate NDIS funding depending on the participant’s plan, management arrangement and applicable funding rules. Sanivy cannot confirm individual eligibility. Confirm the arrangement with your plan manager, coordinator or relevant funding authority before subscribing.

What about Support at Home?

Where appropriate, a Sanivy recurring 28-day supply may be organised through the person’s Support at Home provider, subject to provider confirmation and the person’s individual arrangements.

Can I pay privately?

Private customers can subscribe to a Sanivy 28-day supply without using NDIS or Support at Home funding. The customer pays Sanivy directly for the recurring supply and delivery charges that apply.

Does Sanivy provide clinical advice?

No. Sanivy provides continence products and general product information. We do not diagnose, prescribe or provide clinical advice. If you have a clinical concern, speak with an appropriately qualified health professional.

Are Training, Care Hub, Family View and Evidence available now?

No. These capabilities are currently in development and may change before release. Any pilot or early-access program will be described separately and is not implied by a current subscription.

How is my personal information handled?

We collect only what is needed to fulfil and deliver your supply, and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us for a copy of your information or request deletion at any time.
