About Sanivy
Continence supply should be easier to organise across changing support teams.
Sanivy began with a practical problem: supplies can be ordered reactively, quantities can be difficult to organise, routines can vary, and families and care teams may lack clarity. We are starting by making the supply part more reliable — the right products, delivered every 28 days.
Our story
Started with a simple frustration.
Sanivy exists because ordering continence products had become harder than it needed to be. The problem was never a lack of good products — it was everything around them: working out quantities, chasing orders, and supplies arriving at the wrong time.

The problem we kept hearing
Before Sanivy, the same picture kept coming up: continence supplies were ordered reactively, when they were nearly gone. Quantities were hard to work out. Different products arrived at different times from different places. Families, carers and support coordinators spent time chasing orders instead of spending that time on care itself.

A simpler answer
We asked a practical question: what if the products were organised once, around how much a person actually uses, and simply arrived every 28 days? No last-minute reorders. No guesswork about quantities. One supply, put together properly, on a cycle everyone can rely on.

Where we are today
Sanivy supplies continence products across Australia on a recurring 28-day cycle — for people who manage their own care (Independent) and for people who receive hands-on support (Supported). We are building from a simple foundation done well: the right products, the right amount, delivered on time.

Sanivy today
What Sanivy provides today.
Sanivy currently provides Independent and Supported continence product packages every 28 days. The Plan Finder suggests a starting package from reported usage. Australia-wide delivery is available and calculated separately at checkout, with plain packaging where the current shipping configuration permits.
Sanivy Independent
For people who primarily manage their own continence care, with or without occasional help. Pull-up pants are delivered on a 28-day supply, with size selected at checkout where available.
Sanivy Supported
For people where another person routinely assists with or performs continence changes. A bundled 28-day supply includes the products configured for the selected usage tier. Glove size is selected at checkout where available.
Predictable supply
Products arrive on a clear 28-day cycle, so people and care teams do not have to remember to reorder at the last minute.
