Your first 28-day supply is on us.
Sanivy offers eligible new customers a complimentary first 28-day product supply when starting an eligible recurring Sanivy subscription. Delivery is charged separately.

1. What the offer means
- • The offer applies to eligible new customers starting an eligible Sanivy recurring subscription.
- • The first eligible 28-day product supply is provided at no product cost.
- • Delivery charges still apply to the first supply.
- • After the first supply, the subscription renews every 28 days at the standard advertised subscription price plus applicable delivery.
- • The customer may cancel before a future renewal in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
2. New customer eligibility
- • The promotion is intended for new Sanivy subscription customers.
- • Sanivy may reasonably limit repeated use of the introductory offer.
3. Eligible plans
- • Eligible subscriptions will be identified before checkout.
- • Custom supply requests are not automatically included. Promotional eligibility can be confirmed when Sanivy reviews your custom supply.
4. Delivery
- • Delivery is charged separately on the complimentary first supply and on future recurring supplies.
- • Delivery charges depend on destination and shipment configuration.
- • The promotional offer does not provide free delivery.
5. Renewal
- • After the complimentary first supply, the subscription renews every 28 days at the standard plan price shown at checkout, plus applicable delivery.
- • The next charge date and recurring price should be shown before purchase.
6. Cancellation
- • Customers may cancel before a future renewal in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
- • Cancellation prevents future subscription charges after the effective cancellation date.
- • The complimentary first supply does not become retrospectively payable solely because the customer later cancels.
7. Plan changes
- • Size and product-preference changes may be requested subject to product availability and the applicable subscription terms.
- • Changes to the subscription tier may affect future pricing.
8. NDIS
- • Where a customer intends to use NDIS funding, the purchasing arrangement must be appropriate for the person’s plan, management type and applicable NDIS rules.
- • The Sanivy promotion is a commercial offer from Sanivy and is not an NDIS entitlement.
- • Promotional eligibility can be confirmed when the purchasing arrangement is reviewed.
9. Support at Home
- • Where Support at Home funding is proposed, the customer or provider should confirm the purchasing and payment arrangement before the subscription is activated.
- • The promotion is a Sanivy commercial offer and does not determine Support at Home eligibility.
10. Other promotions
- • Unless otherwise stated, the introductory offer cannot be combined with another Sanivy promotional discount.
