Sanivy delivers recurring 28-day supplies to addresses across Australia. Delivery is charged separately from the supply price.

Where we deliver
Sanivy delivers Australia-wide. Some remote or regional addresses may take longer or cost more to reach. If we cannot deliver to an address, we will contact you before dispatch.
How delivery is charged
Delivery is not included in the 28-day supply price or in any promotional supply. The delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size and weight of your supply — larger Supported bundles may ship in more than one carton.
Dispatch
Each supply is packed and dispatched ahead of your next 28-day cycle. Your order confirmation shows the expected dispatch timing for your order.
Tracking
When your supply is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is late, damaged, incomplete or has not arrived, contact Sanivy with your order number and we will help resolve it with our delivery partner.
