Your privacy.
Sanivy collects only the information needed to supply, deliver and support your continence subscription, and handles it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
Names, contact details, delivery addresses, the plan and product sizes selected, and—for referrals and Support at Home requests—the details of the provider or coordinator arranging the supply. We ask you not to include medical or diagnostic information in free-text notes.
How we use it
To prepare, dispatch and invoice your supply, to contact you or your nominated provider about the order, and to respond to your questions. We do not sell personal information.
Referrals made on someone's behalf
Providers and coordinators submitting a referral must confirm they have the person's consent to share their details with Sanivy for the purpose of arranging their supply.
Storage and security
Information is stored with access controls and is only available to people who need it to deliver the service. Payment card details are handled by our checkout provider and are not stored by Sanivy.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct your information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting Sanivy. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
