Finding the right fit is an important part of choosing continence products. Use the product-specific sizing information below. Tabbed-brief fitting ranges are manufacturer-confirmed. Measure the waist
Measure around the natural waist without pulling the tape tight.

Measure the hips
Measure around the widest part of the hips while wearing light clothing.

Use the larger result
If the measurements differ, use the larger measurement when checking fit.
