How Support at Home purchasing works with Sanivy

Find the supply first, then confirm the purchasing arrangement with the relevant provider.

Submitting details to Sanivy does not mean funding has been approved. The provider confirms whether the purchase can proceed under the person’s arrangement.

Step 1 — Find and review the supply

Use the Plan Finder to see a suggested recurring 28-day supply based on reported usage, including every product, pack quantity, selected sizes and the 28-day price. Delivery is calculated and charged separately.

Step 2 — Provide customer details

Send the delivery address, contact details and the supply you would like organised. Only share another person’s details where you have appropriate consent to do so.

Step 3 — Provide provider details

Include the provider organisation, the contact person and accounts information where you know it, so Sanivy can coordinate the invoicing conversation directly.

Step 4 — Provider confirms the arrangement

The provider confirms whether the purchase can proceed under the person’s arrangement and where the invoice should be sent. Sanivy cannot confirm budget availability, provider approval or eligibility.

Step 5 — Sanivy coordinates invoicing and supply

Once the purchasing and payment arrangement is confirmed, Sanivy organises the agreed supply and invoicing under the commercial terms confirmed for that arrangement.

Step 6 — The 28-day subscription begins

The supply then repeats on a 28-day cycle. Quantities and sizes can be reviewed before a future dispatch if the routine changes.
