How support coordinators can organise continence supplies
Coordinators usually need three things quickly: what the participant actually needs, what it costs across a cycle, and who pays.
Sanivy is structured around those three questions so a supply can be organised without a long back-and-forth.

Step 1 — Gather reported usage
Ask how care is managed — self-managed or assisted — and the typical number of pull-ups or supported changes each day. A normal day is more useful than a worst day. This is reported information, not a clinical assessment.
Step 2 — Confirm sizing
Record the waist or hip measurement in centimetres and the resulting size. Tabbed brief fit ranges are manufacturer-confirmed; pull-up fit ranges are currently Sanivy provisional guidance, so flag anything borderline with Sanivy rather than guessing.
Step 3 — Review the supply and cost
Find My Plan produces an itemised recurring 28-day supply with pack counts, totals, sizes, the 28-day price and the daily equivalent — enough detail to put in front of a participant, family or plan manager.

Step 4 — Confirm the purchasing arrangement
Establish how the plan is managed, whether continence consumables are covered, who pays and who should receive the invoice. Sanivy cannot determine eligibility or approve plan spending.
Step 5 — Refer with consent
Only share a participant’s details where you have appropriate consent. A referral provides the participant and contact details Sanivy needs to follow up and confirm the arrangement before a supply begins.
Step 6 — Review at plan checkpoints
Usage changes over time. Reviewing the supply before a future dispatch, and at plan review points, keeps quantities aligned with the real routine.
