Continence supplies for Support at Home providers
Home care teams visit, they do not store. Supplies need to be at the client’s home, in the right size, in the right quantity, before the visit happens.
Sanivy organises continence supplies as recurring 28-day subscriptions delivered to the client’s address, with a single confirmed purchasing arrangement behind them.

The practical challenge
Support workers often arrive to find the wrong product, the wrong size or not enough stock. Family members top up at retail prices between visits, and nobody has a clear view of what is being consumed across a cycle.
What a recurring supply changes
One supply, matched to reported daily changes, arrives at the client’s home on a known 28-day cycle. Support workers find the same products in the same quantities each cycle.
| Before | With a 28-day supply |
|---|---|
| Ad-hoc top-ups by family | Scheduled delivery to the home |
| Mixed products and sizes | One confirmed product set and size |
| Unclear consumption | Known quantities per cycle |
| Variable cost | One 28-day price, delivery charged separately |
What providers need to confirm
Before a supply begins, a few details need to be agreed.
- • Whether the purchase can proceed under the client’s arrangement
- • Who receives the invoice and their accounts contact
- • The delivery address and any access instructions
- • The confirmed product size
- • Who will review the supply as needs change
Funding language matters
Submitting details to Sanivy does not mean funding has been approved. Sanivy cannot guarantee provider approval, budget availability or eligibility. The provider confirms whether a purchase can proceed.
Reviewing over time
Client needs change, particularly after a hospital stay or a change in mobility. Quantities and sizes can be reviewed before a future dispatch rather than being corrected after a shortfall.
What to do next
Start a Support at Home request with the client and provider details you have. Sanivy will follow up to confirm the purchasing arrangement before any supply begins.
