Sanivy guide · 28-day supply

How many continence products might I need?

Typical daily use is the most practical starting point for organising a 28-day supply.

This guide explains how to estimate a starting quantity. It does not prescribe how many products should be used — that depends on the person and, where relevant, advice from a qualified health professional.

Start with the usual routine

Count the typical number of pull-ups used, or supported changes completed, on an ordinary day. Avoid an unusually heavy or unusually light day; a normal pattern gives a more useful starting point.

  • • Count over two or three ordinary days
  • • Include overnight changes
  • • Note whether changes are self-managed or assisted

Multiply across the cycle

Multiply the daily figure by 28 to see the reported use across one supply cycle.

Allow for complete sealed packs

Sanivy supplies whole sealed packs, so the quantity is rounded up. For example, 56 pull-ups becomes 6 packs of 10 — 60 in total. That rounding creates a small buffer rather than an exact match to the calculation.

Needs can vary between cycles

Illness, changes in mobility, a new medication or a change in routine can all shift usage. It is normal to review the quantity after the first cycle or two once real usage is visible.

When usage is above the standard tiers

Independent supplies cover up to 3 pull-ups a day and Supported supplies cover up to 4 changes a day. Where the routine needs more, Sanivy can organise a custom supply built around the reported requirement.

What to do next

Find My Plan turns reported daily usage into a suggested recurring 28-day supply with visible pack counts, totals and pricing, so the quantity can be checked before anything is ordered.
