How Sanivy calculates a 28-day continence supply
Tell us how care is managed and how much is typically used each day. Sanivy turns that into one organised recurring 28-day supply.
The calculation is deliberately simple: reported daily usage, multiplied across 28 days, then rounded up to complete sealed packs.
Every Sanivy supply is a recurring 28-day subscription. Twelve cycles are not twelve calendar months.

Step 1 — Start with reported usage
The Plan Finder asks how care is managed and the typical number of pull-ups used, or supported changes carried out, each day. Use a normal day rather than an unusually high or low one. This is information you report; Sanivy does not carry out a clinical assessment.
Step 2 — Multiply across 28 days
Daily usage is multiplied by 28 to give total reported use across one cycle.

Step 3 — Round up to complete sealed packs
Products are only supplied in complete sealed packs, so the total is rounded up to the next whole pack. This usually creates a small practical buffer above the raw calculation.
Independent example: 2 pull-ups a day is 56 uses over 28 days. Pull-ups come in packs of 10, so Sanivy supplies 6 sealed packs — 60 pull-ups in total.
Supported example: 3 supported changes a day is 84 reported changes over 28 days. The Supported 3 supply provides 96 tabbed briefs (6 packs of 16) alongside the other products needed for those changes.
Supported supplies bundle more than one product
A supported change usually involves more than the brief itself, so Supported supplies combine several products with different pack sizes. The Supported 3 supply is made up as follows.

Step 4 — Review before ordering
The result shows the plan, every product, pack counts, total units, selected sizes, the 28-day price and the calculated daily equivalent. Delivery is calculated and charged separately based on location and the supply.
Why 28 days rather than a month
A 28-day cycle repeats on the same weekday and divides evenly into weeks, which makes usage, stock on hand and reordering easier to track than a calendar month that varies in length.
