What is a continence supply subscription?
A continence supply subscription delivers the same organised set of products on a repeating cycle, instead of being reordered item by item whenever something runs low.
Sanivy supplies continence products only as recurring 28-day subscriptions. There is no standalone one-off product purchasing.

The problem it solves
Continence products are consumed predictably but are often bought reactively. That leads to part-boxes of mismatched products, urgent trips when something runs out, and no clear picture of what a routine actually costs.
How a Sanivy cycle works
Reported daily usage sets the supply tier. The tier defines every product, pack count and total. That same supply then repeats every 28 days.

What arrives each cycle
An Independent supply is built around adult pull-ups in complete sealed packs. A Supported supply combines tabbed briefs, 60 × 90 cm protective underpads, continence wipes, nitrile gloves, foaming cleanser and barrier cream, sized to the reported number of daily changes.
Why 28 days rather than a calendar month
A 28-day cycle is exactly four weeks, so it lands on the same weekday and divides cleanly into weekly routines. Twelve cycles are not twelve calendar months — there are roughly thirteen cycles in a year.
What to check before starting

- • Typical daily usage over a few ordinary days
- • Correct product format — pull-ups or tabbed briefs
- • Correct size, using waist or hip measurement
- • Delivery address and access details
- • Who pays and who receives the invoice
- • That delivery is calculated and charged separately

Subscriptions can be paid privately, or organised where NDIS or Support at Home purchasing arrangements apply. Sanivy does not determine funding eligibility; the relevant plan manager, provider or agency does.
