How to choose the right adult pull-up size
A careful waist and hip measurement is the best place to start. Where the two differ, the larger measurement decides the size.
Sanivy adult pull-ups come in Medium, Large and XL. Product fit is based on waist or hip measurement, not on clothing size.

Take two measurements
Measure around the natural waist, then around the widest part of the hips, over light clothing. Keep the tape level and comfortably close without pulling it tight. Write both numbers down in centimetres.
- • Measure while standing where possible
- • Keep the tape parallel to the floor
- • Do not pull the tape tight
- • Record waist and hip separately
Use the larger measurement
Body shapes differ. Some people measure smaller at the waist and considerably larger at the hips, and a product chosen on the waist alone can then be too tight through the hips. When the two measurements point to different sizes, use the larger one.

What to do if you are between sizes
The ranges overlap, so a measurement such as 105 cm sits within both Medium and Large. In that situation, consider how the product will be worn and contact Sanivy before ordering rather than guessing.

Product dimensions are not body measurements
Product dimensions describe the physical size of the item when laid flat (Medium 800 × 690 mm, Large 800 × 860 mm, XL 880 × 860 mm). They are useful for comparison but should not be used to select a size. Always use the waist / hip fit guidance.
