These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for the service they perform.
We do not disclose NDIS participant information to other disability service providers, marketers or unrelated third parties for their own purposes.

Other service providers, including payment gateways and delivery providers, may also process information necessary to complete a transaction or deliver an order.
These services operate under their own privacy and data protection obligations.

We do not intentionally collect more NDIS or disability-related information than is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
7. Retention of Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable accounting, taxation, legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
Where information is no longer required and there is no legal requirement for us to retain it, we will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it.
8. Access and Correction
You may contact Sanivy if you wish to request access to personal information we hold about you or if you believe information we hold is incorrect or requires updating.
We may need to verify your identity before providing access to or changing personal information.
9. Information About Another Person
If you provide personal or NDIS information about another person, such as an NDIS participant for whom you are purchasing products, you should only provide that information where you are authorised to do so.
Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for Sanivy to process the order and associated invoicing.
10. Data Breaches
If Sanivy becomes aware of a data breach involving personal information, we will assess and respond to the incident promptly and take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements.
Where notification is required by law, affected individuals and the relevant regulatory authority will be notified.
11. Your Privacy
Sanivy recognises that NDIS-related information may be particularly sensitive.
Our approach is simple:
If we do not need the information to provide your products, manage your order or arrange the requested invoicing, we do not want you to provide it.
Information provided for NDIS invoicing will be used for that purpose and related administrative requirements and will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, legal obligations or business practices.
The current version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated.
